This Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”) Policy applies to the emojibob.com website (“Website” or “Service”) and any related products and services (collectively, the “Services”). What to Consider Before Submitting a Complaint
Before submitting a DMCA notice, please consider whether the use of the material in question may qualify as fair use. Uses for purposes such as commentary, parody, criticism, or non-commercial education may be legally permitted without permission from the copyright owner.

Submitting a Valid DMCA Notification
To file a DMCA takedown notice with us, please send a written communication (email is fine) that includes all of the following:
- Your full name and contact information (email and physical mailing address).
- A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- The exact URL(s) on EmojiBob where the infringing material is located.
- A statement that:

Counter-Notification
If you believe that material you uploaded was removed or disabled in error, you may submit a counter-notification that must include:
- Your full name, contact info, and physical or electronic signature.
- A description of the material that was removed and the URL where it appeared.

“I swear, under penalty of perjury, that I have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.”
“I consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court in which my address is located, or if outside the U.S., that I consent to jurisdiction in any district where the service provider may be found, and I will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification.”
If we receive a valid counter-notification, we may restore the content unless the original complainant files a court action within 10 business days.
Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, EmojiBob has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers.

We reserve the right to modify this DMCA Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the Services constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
